Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green™ Earns Double Podium at Little Raccoon National Enduro
Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green™ faced one of the toughest rounds of the 2026 season at the Helmet House Little Raccoon National Enduro in McArthur, Ohio, with Josh Toth and Steward Baylor both finishing on the Pro 1 podium.
Heavy rain leading into race day transformed the southern Ohio terrain into a slick and technical challenge. Riders were met with nearly 100 miles of racing and transfer sections featuring off-camber hillsides, shallow ruts, exposed roots, and constantly changing traction conditions.
Toth led the Kawasaki effort with a second-place overall finish after battling through multiple crashes and difficult track conditions all day long. Despite the mistakes, Toth remained in contention for the overall victory from start to finish.
"It was treacherous out there in spots," said Toth. "Just really slick and kind of sketchy. I had a rough day with a lot of crashes, but did my best to stay moving forward."
Toth credited the challenging nature of the course for making it difficult to consistently push the pace. "It was just a tough track to read ahead and try to push forward without making too many mistakes," he explained. "Every time I felt like I was going a little too slow and tried to pick up the pace, I would go down."
Baylor added another podium finish to his season with third place in the Pro 1 division. Baylor struggled early after making a tire setup change prior to the race, but found improved pace as the day progressed.
"I made a mistake on bike setup," Baylor admitted. "The first half of the day I was struggling a bit, but for the last three sections we went back to my traditional tire setup and the day came around a little bit."
While the final test proved costly after a crash and navigation mistake, Baylor praised the Little Raccoon Motorcycle Club for delivering one of the most traditional National Enduros of the season.
"This was a real enduro," Baylor said. "The club did a great job. It was a true 100-ground mile enduro and personally I'd never run one before. They put a lot of work into this one."
With both Pro 1 riders standing on the podium, Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green™ once again demonstrated the depth and consistency that makes it one of the premier programs in off-road racing.
The team returns to action this weekend for Round 9 of the Grand National Cross Country series at the iconic Snowshoe round.
