Name of Product: Model Year 2025 KX series competition and cross country motorcycles
Hazard: The primary gear for the crank shaft can fail, posing a crash hazard.
Remedy: Repair
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled competition and cross country motorcycles and contact a Kawasaki dealer for a free repair. The primary gear will be replaced with a new gear. The repair will take place at an authorized Kawasaki dealership.

Description: This recall involves model year 2025 KX450, KX450SR and KX450X motorcycles. They are two-wheel competition and cross country motorcycles sold in lime green. The following model numbers and vehicle identification numbers (VIN) are included in this recall. The model number is located on the right side of the vehicle. The VIN is located on the right side of the frame head pipe.

CPSC, Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. announce recall of 2024 MULE PRO- FX™ , FXR™ AND PRO- FXT™
Kawasaki, in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, is voluntarily recalling 2024 MULE PRO-FX™, PRO-FXR™ & PRO-FXT™ 1000 models to address improper combustion that can occur during engine start up, posing a fire hazard.
At no cost to you, Kawasaki has authorized your dealer to reprogram the ECU and install a sub-harness on your vehicle.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact a Kawasaki dealer to schedule a free repair that will reprogram the ECU and install a sub-harness on the vehicle. Kawasaki is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Kawasaki will announce a voluntary safety recall campaign on 2020 - 2022 JET SKI® STX®160, 160X & 160LX personal watercraft models.

Hazard: On eligible units, high pressure water impact with the front hatch cover could result in damage to the front hatch cover attachment mechanism. Continued use of the watercraft with damaged parts can result in detachment of the front hatch cover from the watercraft. In the worst case, the detached front hatch cover can impact the operator while riding, resulting in injury.
