Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green Riders Prove Podium Speed at Lead Belt National Enduro

PARKS HILL, Mo. (Sept. 15, 2025) - Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green dominated the podium at the Lead Belt National Enduro in Parks Hill, Missouri. The dusty track created significant visibility challenges for the riders, compounded by the escalating heat as the day wore on. The Team Green riders pushed through the unfavorable conditions to stand on the podium in each pro class.

In the NE Pro 1 Class, Grant Baylor put in his best result since returning from his injury in April. He powered through the technical rocky terrain, earning second overall with a win in the final test of the day. “My goal today was to get through this race in one piece. It was tough to see out there with all the dust. There were a couple of spots of clear trail in Tests 5 and 6, where the track was more rocky. I clicked off consistent test times throughout the day and started picking it up towards the end, where I got the final test win. I'm excited to be back in the mix with the guys and be up here on the podium again,” said Grant.

Steward Baylor battled inside the top four throughout the race before ultimately finishing fourth overall. Josh Toth was back for his first race since competing at the International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) following a short break to recover from an injury sustained at the event. Unfortunately Toth went down in Test 1 and suffered a broken femur, ending his championship hopes for 2025.

In the NE Pro 2 Class, Nick DeFeo established control early and maintained his pace throughout the day. By securing wins in both the first and last tests, he capped off the day with the victory in the class.“I knew I had a six-second advantage going into the last test, but I told myself it's easier to win a championship when you're still riding the dirt bike. At the end of the day, I wanted to stay consistent, keep hitting my marks, and keep the bike upright,” said DeFeo

In the Women’s Elite Class, Rachael Archer showcased her speed and skill by winning three out of the six tests and standing on the top step of the podium. “I was definitely pushing it in the last test. I sent it through some of the rock gardens and got a bit sketchy, but tried to keep it smooth. I knew if I could go fast enough, I could win that test. I had a couple of small crashes in the middle of the race from not being able to see rocks with all the dust, but I’m happy to come out of the day with the win,” said Archer.

Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green will race again this weekend at The Mountaineer Grand National Cross Country race in West Virginia.
