Pro N/A Domination from GFI Nevada Racing Team Driver Zach Kisman At VORRA
This Memorial Weekend's, Warrior 275 hosted by VORRA was appropriatelystaged at an Army Depot and the patriotism was palpable. Starting off with another pit crew challenge win- Zach Kisman, Daniel Keyes, Blake Laughter, and Steve Austin showed what teamwork is all about and set the tone for the remainder of the race weekend.
Zach Kisman - 1st Place Pro N/A
After qualifying 6th overall and 1st in class, driver Zach Kisman and navigator Blake Laughter went on to win the Pro N/A TV class in their 2022 Kawasaki KRX, prepped to perfection by Class 1 Motorsports. Though the race was not without its challenges, learning the hard way that pumper-forced air systems do not double as helmet snorkels during a flash flood. However, the duo persevered, taking home another win.
Steve Austin - 6th Place Pro N/A
In the Sportsman UT class, GFI's driver Steve Austin showed his competitive driving skills are growing by leaps and bounds! Austin and navigator Shane Kisman piloted the Kawasaki KRX #316, with prep and support provided by Class 1 Motorsports. The two pushed for multiple passes, providing them with a solid class lead for two laps. The day came to an early end for GFI's Sportsman UTV, but they are determined to come back better, faster, and stronger. The GFI Nevada Racing Team continues to prove they have what it takes to dominate in all aspects of racing and look forward to competing in VORRA's Dog Fight 250 in Fallon, NV (7/14-16).
