KMC does not currently provide its Agricultural/Implement Equipment (AIE) dealers with minimum space requirements. AIE dealers are authorized to sell and service Kawasaki branded side x side vehicles and/or ATV only.

AIE dealers must provide adequate showroom, sales, accessories, and service departments in order to effectively sell, service and represent the Kawasaki brand. In the event that other brands are represented in the same facility, Kawasaki requires at least equal space and representation in all areas, depending on Kawasaki products carried.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BECOMING A KAWASAKI DEALER?

Please refer to the Powersports or Agriculture section for detailed requirements.

CAN I CARRY MULTIPLE BRANDS, OR DOES A NEW KAWASAKI DEALERSHIP HAVE TO BE EXCLUSIVE?

Multiline dealerships are acceptable, so long as Kawasaki has equal brand representation and our minimum requirements are met and we are provided with equal levels of representation in terms of inventory, display, signage, advertising, etc.

DO I HAVE TO CARRY KAWASAKI’S FULL-LINE OF PRODUCTS?
