Kawasaki Motors USA Recalls Model Year 2026 Teryx4 H2 and Teryx5 H2 Recreational Off-Road Vehicles Due to Impact and Injury Hazards
Name of Product: Model Year 2026 Teryx4 H2 and Teryx5 H2 recreational off-road vehicles
Hazard: The drive converter sheave can break in certain circumstances, resulting in metal fragments being discharged within the engine compartment and surrounding area, posing impact and injury hazards.
Remedy: Repair
Consumers should stop using the recalled vehicles immediately and contact a Kawasaki dealer to schedule a free repair. A technician will replace the moveable clutch sheave assembly, install a clutch cover guard and reprogram the Engine Control Unit (ECU) on the vehicle. Kawasaki is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Recall Details
Units: About 3,585
Description: This recall involves Model Year 2026 Kawasaki Teryx4 H2 and Teryx5 H2 recreational off-road vehicles with the following model numbers: KRT1000D, KRT1000F and KRT1000G. Each unit has a unique VIN number located on the right rear of the main frame underneath the rear fender and above the rear wheel. The vehicles have either “Teryx4 H2” or “Teryx5 H2” on the driver and front passenger doors and the Kawasaki logo on both the left and right side above the rear wheels. The recalled vehicles were sold in lime green. Model numbers are printed on the owner’s manual.
Incidents/Injuries: Kawasaki has received 19 reports of incidents involving drive converter sheave breakage. No injuries have been reported.
Sold At: Authorized Kawasaki dealers nationwide from June 2025 to January 2026 for between $37,200 and $43,700.

Kawasaki Motors USA Recalls 2025 RIDGE® & RIDGE CREW Due to Loose Seatbelt Bolts
Recall Summary
Name of Product: 2025 RIDGE® & RIDGE CREW vehicles.
Hazard: On eligible units, the seat belt mounting bolts may not have been torqued to specification and could come loose during operation.
Remedy: Repair
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled 2025 RIDGE & RIDGE CREW vehicles and contact a Kawasaki dealer for a free repair. The dealer will replace and tighten the seat belt mounting bolts on your vehicle.

Description: This recall involves model year 2025 RIDGE & RIDGE CREW vehicles. They are four-wheel vehicles. The units were sold in Metallic Stardust White, Camo, Candy Persimmon Red, Icey Gray, Metallic Graystone and Metallic Bluish Gray. The following model numbers and vehicle identification numbers (VIN) are included in this recall. The model number is located on the right and left side of the cargo bed on the vehicle. The VIN is located on the passenger’s side rear frame rail above the rear tire.

CPSC, Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. announce recall of 2024 MULE PRO- FX™ , FXR™ AND PRO- FXT™
Kawasaki, in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, is voluntarily recalling 2024 MULE PRO-FX™, PRO-FXR™ & PRO-FXT™ 1000 models to address improper combustion that can occur during engine start up, posing a fire hazard.
At no cost to you, Kawasaki has authorized your dealer to reprogram the ECU and install a sub-harness on your vehicle.

Hazard: On eligible units, high pressure water impact with the front hatch cover could result in damage to the front hatch cover attachment mechanism. Continued use of the watercraft with damaged parts can result in detachment of the front hatch cover from the watercraft. In the worst case, the detached front hatch cover can impact the operator while riding, resulting in injury.
