BACKORDERS

At this time we cannot accept backorders. Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. will make every attempt to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible. If you have elected to have your order shipped to your home and we find we do not have the stock to fill your order, you will receive an email listing the items we cannot ship. You will then have twenty-four (24) hours to decide if you would like to accept the order as is or cancel the entire order. If you have chosen to have your order shipped to a dealer, items that are not in-stock will be removed from your order. You will receive an email informing you which items have been cancelled and the balance of the items will be shipped to the dealer.

 

ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

Only accessories, apparel, gifts, service manuals and owner’s manuals are available for purchase on our website. Some items, such as oversized items, items sold in package quantities, items that require special parts for installation, chemicals, cleaners, or other items deemed hazardous are available for purchase only at your local dealer. “Coming Soon” items can only be added to your Wishlist. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will only be able to add it to your Wishlist (please check with your local dealer on their availability). Please read each description thoroughly as some accessories require multiple components to complete which must be purchased separately.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup is FREE. Simply select Ship to a Dealer under Delivery Options during check out. Then choose a participating dealer from the list. If the dealer that you selected does not have your item(s) on-hand, we will ship your order directly to the dealer via UPS Ground. Shipments will arrive 5-7 days after your order has been processed. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up. When picking up your order, please be prepared to show a government issued ID and confirm the last 4 digits of the credit card that you used to pay for the purchase. Please note that if you have not picked up your order after twenty-one (21) days from your email notification, your order will be returned to the fulfiller and your credit card will be refunded. In-store pickup is not available if you choose to pay with PayPal.

  2. Status, Tracking and Order History Questions: All orders placed on www.kawasaki.com can be found by logging into your My Kawasaki account and selecting the Order History tab. Alternately, you may contact Kibo/Kawasaki at 1-877-412-7467 to speak to a representative.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase of Kawasaki Genuine Accessories, Apparel, and Gifts. If any purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the date it was received. Please note: all Sale items are final sale. Simply contact Kibo/Kawasaki at 1-877-412-7467 where, if your purchase qualifies, you will be issued an RMA number and directed where to send the items. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new/unused condition. This includes all product tags, polybags, instructions, hardware and accessories. Items cannot be damaged due to wear or installation. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA, IT MAY BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU. Returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you ship your return. A refund of the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable) will be credited back to your original form of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.

  1. Return Procedures
    1. Call Kibo/Kawasaki at 1-877-412-7467 to receive an RMA number if your purchase qualifies.
    2. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
    3. Include a copy of the original packing slip in the box.
    4. Kibo/Kawasaki will direct you to ship back the product to the fulfiller’s location. DO NOT attempt to return items to a dealer without contacting Kibo/Kawasaki for an RMA and instructions.
  2. Exchange Procedures: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for you. However, you may follow the return procedures outlined above and then place a new order.
  3. Damaged Items If an order arrives to you with obvious damage, please refuse delivery. If you accept the shipment but find the item damaged, please contact Kibo/Kawasaki at 1-877-412-7467 to initiate a return. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order, as these are required to make a claim.
  4. Mis-shipped Items If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact Kibo/Kawasaki and a representative will send you a call tag.

 

SALES TAX

Taxes are only estimated at the time of checkout. Final taxes will be applied to your payment method at the time of shipment.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipments fulfilled by Kawasaki will be provided by UPS and/or the USPS. Dealer shipments will be provided by the carrier of their choice. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. We are not responsible for orders after the item is delivered to the address provided to Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. during checkout, including any subsequent transfer to, or handling by, a third party forwarder. In addition, the dealers in Kawasaki’s fulfillment network have varying hours of operation and Monday shipping may not be possible at all locations.

  1. Shipping Methods
    1. Free In-Store Pickup – if the dealership you select does not have the item in stock, we will ship to the dealer for FREE via UPS Ground (arrives 5-7 business days after your order has been processed).
    2. Ship-to-Home
      1. Standard – Arrives 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
      2. Expedited – Arrives 2-4 business days after your order has been processed.


    In order to reduce shipping times, your order may be processed by a local Kawasaki Dealer. If, for any reason, your order is not shipped by a local Kawasaki Dealer, your order will ship from the Kawasaki warehouse. In order to give dealers ample time to check their inventory to see if they can ship your order, we ask that you please allow up to 24-48 hours for processing. For this reason, your estimated delivery time frame will start approximately 24-48 hours after your order is placed.

  2. Split Shipments: To get your order to you as quickly as possible, you may choose to split the shipments by simply clicking the Ship as Available check box at the bottom of the Shipping Info Page. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply. These charges will be applied to your payment method once the order has shipped. We will only split shipments one time.
  3. Shipping Policies: Kawasaki can only ship to addresses within the continental United States and Alaska. In addition, we cannot ship to Hawaii, internationally, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or to PO boxes at this time.
  4. Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated based on the total value of your order before tax as follows:
