WARNING AND RECALL NOTICE
CPSC, Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. announce recall of 2012 Teryx® 750 FI 4x4 recreational off-highway vehicles.

The incorrect general warning label was installed on the glove compartment cover indicating the wrong occupant capacity of the vehicle. This vehicle is designed to carry one operator in the driver’s seat and one passenger in the passenger seat only. Operating the vehicle with an exceeded occupant capacity can create the potential for a crash resulting in injury or death.
The recall involves 2012 Teryx 750 FI 4x4, FI 4x4 LE/Sport/LE SGE models. These are 4-wheel off-highway vehicles featuring side-by-side seating for two people and automotive style controls. The Teryx comes in red, gray, camouflage, green, silver and black.
Kawasaki dealers sold these Teryx off-highway vehicles from August 2011 to March 2012. Retail price starts at $10,599.
The correction will consist of replacing the incorrect label.
