WARNING AND RECALL NOTICE
CPSC, Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. announce recall of 2010 – 2012 KLX®110 and KLX110L.
The following product safety recall is being conducted voluntarily by Kawasaki in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. For more information about recalls, visit CPSC’s website at http://www.cpsc.gov.

On eligible units, fuel can leak from between the fuel tank and fuel tap. Fuel leakage in the presence of spark or flame could cause a fire or explosion possibly resulting in injury or death.
The affected models are 2010 KLX110CAF/DAF, 2011 KLX110CBF/DBF and 2012 KLX110 CCF/DCF recreational off-highway motorcycles. The KLX110CAF, KLX110CBF, KLX110CCF have a lower seat height and features a centrifugal clutch, while the KLX110DAF, KLX110DBF, KLX110DCF have a higher seat and a manual clutch. The motorcycle is designed for the beginner as well as the more advanced rider. They are available in green.
The KLX110CAF/DAF were sold at authorized Kawasaki dealers beginning November, 2009, the KLX110 CBF/DBF were sold at authorized Kawasaki dealers beginning July, 2010 and the KLX110CCF/DCF were sold at authorized Kawasaki dealers beginning July, 2011. Retail price starts at $2,099.
The repair will consist of replacing the fuel tank and fuel tap o-ring.
