Keep It Close
Baggett rode two strong motos in Minnesota, as he had to overcome a tough start in the first and fight his way up to sixth place. In the second moto, he jumped out of the gate strong and led early in the race doing his best to keep his competitors in tow. After battling for 35 minutes, Baggett held on for third in the moto, but caught a bit of bad luck as his 6-3 motos score was only good enough for fifth, just one point back of a three way tie for third.
“It was difficult out there today,” said Baggett. “I worked really hard this week to try and improve my results and I think the work is starting to pay off. It was good to be back out front again but I know I have to keep working to get back on the podium.”
