The Monster Energy Kawasaki off-road team has a winning collection of riders ready to make an impact in three diverse series throughout 2011.
Returning and looking to grab a record sixth AMA Hare and Hound title is veteran rider Destry Abbott. Last year he was on course for the championship when a broken collar bone cost him two races, and his chance for the title. He is back this year hungrier than ever, healthy, and ready to race.
Back for another season is the consistent Justin Soule, a successful rider who knows what it takes to win. His impressive riding skills have kept him at the top of two series, finishing third in the EnduroCross standings and fourth in the WORCS series points last year. He also picked up a win at this year’s Best in the Desert event. He has been training hard and ready to get back on the podium.
The newest team member Taylor “The Threat” Robert earned his nickname winning the 2008 WORCS Pro 2 series championship with five wins and two second-place finishes. Last year he came out swinging at the WORCS series, winning the season opener despite tearing his ACL in the process. He is back this year, riding strong, and looking to add more championships to his trophy case. |
