Only manuals are available for purchase on kawasaki.com. Purchase Kawasaki parts and accessories through your local Kawasaki dealer.

Can I place an order for manuals by telephone?

No, only online orders are accepted. However, you may be able to place a telephone order through your local Kawasaki dealer.

Is kawasaki.com a SECURE website?

Yes - kawasaki.com is a SECURE SITE. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your personal information. Because the site is built in frames, you will not be able to check the security of your connection by looking for an unbroken key or a closed lock symbol. On pages containing personal information you can check the page properties to make sure you are accessing a secure server. To do this, right-click on the page and select "properties". If the page is secure, the Connection will indicate an SSL and the Address (URL) will begin with "https".

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged only for items shipped at the time they are shipped. There are two steps to on-line credit card processing.

1. When you check out, your card issuer authorizes the amount of the sale and " reserves" the amount for that order. You are not billed at that point.
2. When your order is shipped, the authorized amount is billed to your credit card account.

Some on-line bank statements show both the authorization and billing amount. This can sometimes be confused as a duplicate billing. You can verify with your bank how they display this information.

How does my billing information affect order completion?

Your billing address information input during checkout must match your credit card statement address information to complete your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

It's possible. Sales tax is charged by KMC if the shipping address is to a state where Kawasaki pays sales tax.

Aren't Internet sales "tax free"?

It depends. Internet sales of tangible property (manuals) are subject to sales tax in those states where the seller is required to collect and pay sales tax. Some companies must pay sales tax in only one state, their state of operation. Any sales outside the state of operation by those companies are then "tax-free". Kawasaki is required to pay sales taxes in many states in addition to its state of operation. This is why sales tax may be added to your purchase.

Which credit cards are accepted on kawasaki.com?

We accept Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover and Good Times. Cards must be issued by a U.S. bank.

We do not ship to military addresses. Please choose an alternate ship to address.

We do not offer delivery to Post Office boxes. A street address is required.

This site is operated by the United States distributor of Kawasaki products and therefore we only ship to U.S. addresses.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on this "Order Status" link. This will bring up a form which allows you to enter the confirmation number you received when you placed the order. If you are logged in as a member, you also are offered an option to view all orders placed under your current username. You can scroll down in any order to see the details of your order. If the order has been shipped by a carrier that supports on-line package tracking, you can also view that tracking information.
